If you'd like to share the driving with another person while on trip with your account you can. They will need to hold an approved Mevo account to be covered by our insurance policy. They can even sign up while on the road - just check that they meet our eligibility criteria.

Tip: You can share your referral code to score an extra $20 credit for you both! Just make sure they add the referral code during sign up.

While you have the car on trip under your account, your phone is the key. Therefore you will have to be with the car while the other member is driving, in order to lock and unlock the car. You don't need to let us know when you swap drivers, but please be aware that all driving will be recorded under the name of the hiring account - meaning they are responsible for any traffic infringements and fees.
