Book your Mevo π
You can book a vehicle on the day or up to 60 days in advance. Select the time of your trip and our app will show you the cars available.
Pre-Trip Damage Check π
On picking up your vehicle you can use our in-app damage reporting section to log any new or unreported damage on the vehicle πΈ

Unlocking your Mevo π
Mevo vehicles are keyless. Use your Mevo app to unlock the vehicle when you arrive at the car.
π‘ Tip: Bluetooth is the fastest way to connect to your Mevo. Once you are at the vehicle wait until the bluetooth icon turns π΅ before tapping Unlock π±

Make a Stopover π
Running errands in around town? Simply find a suitable park and tap Lock in your app to make a stopover.
π‘ Tip: If you ever travel out of cell coverage you can lock and unlock your Mevo via Bluetooth. Select flight mode while on trip to try this out π°
Refuelling/Recharging
Open the Refuel tab while on a trip to find your nearest supported fuel station or charging station.
Ending Trip π
Return your Mevo to the same station that you started in to end your trip. Unlock the car βοΈ and then select End Trip β΄οΈ . Note: the End Trip button won't work if the car is locked.
π‘ Tip: Swipe up while on trip and tap on Map & Parking for directions back to your station πΊ
Your Billing βοΈ
You'll receive an email with your trip details including the trip charge shortly after you end the trip. Have a question about pricing or billing? Check our pricing article:
