You can use offline mode to connect to your vehicle while in areas of low/no reception. This is done via Bluetooth connection to the vehicle.

To do this:
1. Turn on aeroplane mode
2. Enable Bluetooth

Your app will automatically enter offline mode and you will be able to connect to the car and unlock it from there. It may take up to two minutes to connect and lock/unlock the vehicle.

Note: You will need to be in close proximity to the vehicle for this to work
