No one likes causing damage to a vehicle - but hey! It happens. The important thing is that you write in or call us (depending on extent of damage) to let us know when it happens. Please do not continue on trip in the first instance.
We will need pictures of the damage to forward on to our vehicle technicians who will decide whether the vehicle is safe to drive. You can send images through our support chat or email them to [email protected].
Afterwards, our support team will then send through an insurance claim form. This form needs to be filled out whether you believe you are at fault or not. Please fill this out to the best of your abilities. We will then forward this on to our insurer who will take it from there.
