Every Mevo vehicle has a first-aid kit in the car boot. If your vehicle is missing one, please let us know ASAP.

Important: If a third party is involved, please collect as many details as possible of their vehicle, and driver if applicable. This includes but is not limited to:
Their drivers license details (and image)
Their insurer
Their contact details
Their vehicle details including license plate
Images of the incident scene and both vehicle damages
Please complete an accident form here. We will keep you updated as we work with our insurer on the claim.
