Every Mevo vehicle has a first-aid kit in the car boot. If your vehicle is missing one, please let us know asap.

Only when you are safe and secure, you can reach us by calling the emergency line (0508 111 MEVO 6386) from in the app or message us on messenger in-app. We can give you further directions on what to do with the vehicle.
