How to deal with fines and infringements that incurred while on-trip

For all fines and infringements, Mevo will reconcile the GPS data and time stamps to confirm the allegations and responsible driver

Mevo will Transfer all infringements in accordance with the Land and Transport Rule 2007 to the driver directly.

If a fine becomes overdue, due to a delay in processing time Mevo will cover the late fees associated. The cost of the infringement is still the drivers responsibility and Mevo will charge the fine or infringement directly to the driver’s Mevo account.

In both cases email correspondence will also be sent to the driver and the nominated company contact/team administrator (if applicable).

Mevo processes fines & infringements within 5 business days of notification.
