Fuelling via the Mevo app
To fuel your Suzuki Swift, tap the refuel tab in your Mevo app. This will allow you to locate and activate a pump at our authorised fuelling providers. Follow the on-screen instructions in order.
Accessing the fuel input
Pop the fuel cover by pulling the black lever on the floor by the drivers door (13). Unscrew the plastic cap and begin fuelling.
The Suzuki Swift GLX takes 91 Unleaded Petrol. The Suzuki Swift RS takes 95 Unleaded Petrol. Please chat with us in-app or check the registration sticker if you are unsure what model you have. Note: please ensure the vehicle is turned off while refuelling.
Unable to reach a supported station?
No problem! Visit any petrol station with the matching fuel type to your Mevo. Please pay for the fuel yourself and send us a picture of the receipt in the chat messenger. We will provide you with:
A full refund for the refuelling cost to your trip.* OR
An equal amount of credit to the fuel cost.
*If your refuel cost is higher than your trip cost, we’ll refund you for the entire cost of your trip and load the remaining amount as an account credit.

Do I need to refuel before I end trip?
No, there is no expectation for you to refuel before ending your trip as long as there is sufficient fuel levels for our team to reach a petrol station.
