Before you jump in the car, take a quick walk and check your Mevo. If you find any of the items below please report the damage throughout in-app damage reporting available on all vehicle cards:
Bumps or dents
Scratches that have penetrated the paintwork
Chips or cracks to the windscreen, windows or headlights
Damage to the wing mirrors and mag wheels
Anything else out of the ordinary
Pre-trip damage report
To check reported damage before your trip, just tap the report damage at the bottom of your screen.
On-trip damage report
To check reported damage on your trip, just tap the report damage button on the slide bar.
To report damage on trip please use the report damage button in the slide bar.
