Adding a Payment Method

Finish setting up your account by adding a payment method to your account

The name on your credit or debit card should match the name on your driver licence. If you have changed your name you can provide evidence (e.g. marriage certificate). If you would like to use someone else's card you need them to provide permission.

You can add or update your payment method either in your Mevo app under Account > Details > Payment Details

If the new payment method is not in your name you will need to have the cardholder complete a Letter of Authority.

We will not be able to process your account until there is an approved payment method attached to your account.

No worries, just send through a document proving the name change to our support chat. This could be a marriage certificate or any document with your new name on it.
