If you encountered some difficulty with uploading your selfie images, don't worry! Here are a few checks to cover off and make sure the images will upload successfully.

Note: You will need to reupload both your licence images and selfie

  • Firstly, ensure that the images uploaded are not scanned images. Such images are generally resized and edited to a certain degree making them difficult to recognise.

  • Please ensure the images are in a .jpeg or .jpg format.

  • Make sure that you have sufficient lighting around so the images are clear, glare-free and the text on your license is readable.

Taking The Selfie Image

We recommend you take the selfie image so that both your face and the image are in focus. The common error here is that the face of the user is in focus, but the license image is blurred and not readable.

To ensure both the face and license are in focus, we recommend you hold the license beside your face rather than way out in-front of it. Below is an example of a clear and visible selfie image.

Note: We will not be able to process your account if your licence is blocking your face in any way, or if the licence details are illegible. We need both your face and the licence to be visible and clear.
