Ensuring customer expectations are in line with Mevo's sign-up process

Approvals will be processed between 9am-6pm. Our approvals team will always attempt to process your account in a timely fashion. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. You will not be able to use our services until your account has been approved.

If you feel like you've been waiting for a while, there are a few things that could be slowing down your approval:

  1. Incomplete application

    Your approval will only be sent through to our team if everything is uploaded. This includes:

    • Licence Images

    • Selfie

    • Address

    • Payment Method

    Please make sure your application is complete. You can do this by going to your account tab and ensuring there are no awaiting prompts.

  2. Next steps required

    Sometimes we might reach out to you with some next steps. This could be if any details are illegible, we are struggling to confirm your details or we require any more materials (i.e. letter of authority if your payment method is not in your name).

    We will reach out if this is the case, and you will have received an email/chat advising you of this. Please ensure that we have not reached out to you previously, sometimes emails can get a little bit lost!

If you have completed your application and not received any communication after 24 hours, feel free to reach out to our support team.
