Your business needs to add a Business payment method, either monthly invoicing or a shared business credit card, to your Mevo for Business account before your members can start taking trips.

If your business would prefer monthly invoicing click here.

Your account must have the Administrator role to be able to update the card for your business or change any other billing details. Chat to your business Administrator if that's not the case. If you don’t know who your Administrator is, chat with our Mevo Support team.

If your company has opted for a business credit card to be attached to the Mevo for Business account, it is charged on the first of the month, for all the trips taken in the previous month.

The Mevo for Business month cutoff occurs at midnight GMT/UTC, which is 12 pm/1 pm on the first of the month New Zealand time, depending on the time of the year. Any trips finished before this cutoff (e.g. the morning of the 1st of the month) will be billed with the previous month. We'll charge your card around 12:15/12:30 am UTC.

How to Add & Update your Business Credit Card

  • Log into Mevo for Business with your personal email address

  • Click into "Billing" on the left-hand sidebar.
You'll see your company's payment details displayed on-screen.

  • Click the "Add" or "Update" credit card button.
A sidebar will open, with our secure payment form in it.

  • Fill in your credit card details and press "Save".
If your credit card is added successfully, you'll see a confirmation message.

  • Close the payment tab and return to your billing page.
Your payment method will refresh, and you should see the last four digits of the credit card on the billing page momentarily.

Remember, on the first of the month, the card that's loaded onto your Mevo for Business account will be charged the previous month's balance.
