We offer three Mevo Plans — designed to give you better value the more you drive. All plans include Mevo credit you can use on any trip, in any Mevo city, including special rates like the Night Rate.
Choose your delivery frequency to best fit you, from weekly, fortnightly or monthly so you have just the right amount of credit.

Pause anytime for up to 6 weeks per year — perfect if you're heading away or driving less for a bit.
Cancel anytime with 4 weeks’ notice. Your remaining credit will stay valid until your final day. Pricing is subject to change.

What Are the Add-Ons?
You can enhance your Plan with add-ons for extra peace of mind and convenience, charged per plan period. All insurance add-ons are billed weekly regardless of your Plan frequency.

How Do I Cancel My Plan?
Cancellations require 4 weeks’ notice from the date you submit the request.
You’ll continue to receive weekly credit and be billed during the 4 weeks' notice period.
After the cancellation period, your plan and billing will automatically stop and any leftover credit will expire at the end of 4 weeks.

How Does Billing Work?
You’ll be billed on a recurring schedule (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) via the payment method you use on the Mevo shop to initially purchase the plan.
You can purchase Plans via shop.mevo.co.nz and will receive a confirmation once activated (within 24 hours).
Credit is applied to your Mevo account, which will be used first when you book trips. You can view your credit in app go to Account>Credit>Credit History.
How Do I Use My Plan Credit?
Credit is automatically applied to your next trip, excluding surcharges.
If your trip cost exceeds your available credit, the remainder is charged as usual.
Flex Collect credits ($9) are applied once per plan billing period (Standard and Plus Plans only). You can view these in the app under Account > Credit > Credit History.
How Do I Know I’m Covered by Insurance Add-ons?
Fixed-price coverage is applied when you purchase a weekly insurance add-on with any Mevo Plan and your plan is activated by our team.
You’ll see confirmation in your app via the support chat tab. Go Menu>Support Chat.
You do not need to activate insurance per-trip in the Mevo app. Please note that insurance is only active for the period your plan successfully renews and does not apply for unsuccessful billing renewals.
