Before you jump in the car, take a quick walk and check your Mevo. If you find any of the items below, please chat with us in-app and we will sort everything out for you.

  • Bumps or dents
  • Scratches which have penetrated the paintwork
  • Chips or cracks to the windscreen, windows or headlights
  • Flyers or promotional materials under the windscreen wipers (can remove and dispose)
  • Damage to the wing mirrors and mag wheels
  • Parking tickets
  • Anything else out of the ordinary

If everything is fine, no worries, jump in and enjoy your trip. If you spot some damage, you can report it directly in the cleanliness and damage report function in the messenger (top right corner). It’s super quick and easy.
