It's free to sign up for a Mevo account; you only pay for what you use! When you finish a trip the cost is automatically calculated and billed to your card.

Insurance is included and there is a bookable extra option in-app to reduce the excess.

EV charging is included. There is a charging FOB in every EV vehicle that ensures you don't pay for charging. Use the FOB at a public ChargeNet or BP Charger to charge your EV and return the vehicle with a minimum of 70% state of charge

Petrol vehicles are constantly topped up by Mevo. All you have to do is ensure that a petrol vehicle has at least 30% fuel when a vehicle is returned.

Every Mevo booking comes with include KMs. The total included per booking starts at 50km and scales up to 100km based on membership. If you exceed the allowance, each additional kilometre is $0.39 and scales down to $0.29 based on membership.

A trip that starts or ends at Wellington Airport will incur a $20 surcharge.

Example: If the hourly rate is $19, then a 60-minute trip from the city to the airport would cost $39. (Airport surcharge included).
