Mevo pricing works in stepping stones to give you the cheapest price out. This means that you will be charged the minute rate ($0.90/minute) until the hourly rate (variable) is cheaper. The day rate is the equivalent of 5 hours use, so once you have the vehicle for over 5 hours your base rate will comprise of the day rate.

Please note that this is for the base rate only and does not include any additional surcharges.

This will depend on your vehicle of choice and length of time.

For example, if you have a vehicle for 27 minutes, this is equivalent to $24.30 based on the minute rate. This would mean that for any vehicles with an hourly rate below this, the hour rate would kick in, otherwise you would be charged the minute rate.

At the start of every new hour, the minute rate will be in effect until the next hourly rate is hit. Same thing once you start a new day. There are two examples below to help illustrate:

Trip Duration: 2 hours and 32 minutes.

Price calculation if time below hour rate= (2* hourly rate + 32* minute rate).

Price calculation if time above hour rate = (3* hourly rate).

Trip Duration: 1 day and 1 hour and 21 minutes.

Price calculation if time below hour rate = (1* daily rate + 1* hourly rate + 21* minute rate)

Price calculation if time above hour rate = (1* daily rate + 2* hourly rate)
