A number of processes take place when you unlock a vehicle with your phone without reserving it in advance. This process can take up to two minutes before the unlock icon changes to orange, and vehicle unlocked. 

We recommend reserving your Mevo at least 2 minutes in advance so you can open the car instantaneously. 

If you are waiting longer than 2 minutes please contact Mevo using the Mevo chat box in the app. 

If you are an Apple IOS user and experiencing unlocking issues longer than 2 minutes please delete your Mevo app and reinstall it from the app store.
