You may notice lower vehicle availability than usual over the next several weeks.
We’re currently refreshing our fleet as part of a change in vehicle suppliers, with the goal of bringing you a better selection of vehicles and continue improving your experience using Mevo. Unfortunately, as part of this transition, some existing vehicles are being returned before new ones arrive, which has temporarily reduced availability on our platform.
Because we’ll have fewer vehicles available during this time, Flex Collect (our pre-booking system) will be temporarily paused. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We know this makes it harder to find a vehicle, and we understand the frustration. Expanding and restoring vehicle availability is our main focus right now, and our team is actively working to bring more vehicles into the network as soon as possible.
We’re not able to share details about specific suppliers or provide a confirmed timeline while agreements are still being finalised. We will continue to keep you updated as things progress.
