If you found some missing property from a previous member on trip. Please use our chatbot and go Lost & Found > Found Property. You will then be asked to submit the following information:

Vehicle
City
Image (optional)
Any other details that may help us locate the owners
All our vehicles should be stocked with brown paper bags for found property - these will be located in the centre console of the vehicles as shown below:
Please leave the brown paper bag in the boot of the car, or glovebox if small.
When you are done your trip, we will coordinate one of our operations staff to retrieve the item.
