Mevo follows the Ministry of Health's guidelines regarding preventative measures to help protect the safety and wellbeing of members who use our vehicles while operating under the COVID-19 Protection Framework, also known as the "traffic lights".

You'll be unable to reserve or unlock Mevo vehicles until you verify your vaccination status in the Mevo app.

This is an extra layer of protection to keep you, other Mevo members, and our staff as safe as possible.

Verifying your vaccine pass in-app

  1. Open your Mevo app and go to Account > Details > Licence & Documents.

  2. Upload a screenshot or photo of your Vaccine Pass.

  3. Your uploaded Vaccine Pass will be automatically verified and your account will be approved provided everything is correct.

    Note: Mevo will not store the pass itself; only the expiry date of your vaccination status.

We may accept other forms of evidence on a case-by-case basis, where these are in line with public health advice. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or feedback regarding the COVID-19 virus and our protocols.
