If you were involved in an accident or incurred any damage to your Mevo vehicle, please ensure your safety first before proceeding with the steps below (call 111 if necessary).

  1. Fill out the incident form within the glovebox
  2. Collect contact info if a 3rd party is involved
  3. Let us know via in-app chat or by calling 0508 111 MEVO
  4. Your insurance excess will be billed to your Mevo account
  5. You can still use your Mevo account provided there was no criminal investigation and the excess payment was made
  6. Once our insurer has finished their investigation, you will be refunded your excess if you were found not at fault.
