If you were involved in an accident or incurred any damage to your Mevo vehicle, please ensure your safety first before proceeding with the steps below (call 111 if necessary).
- Fill out the incident form within the glovebox
- Collect contact info if a 3rd party is involved
- Let us know via in-app chat or by calling 0508 111 MEVO
- Your insurance excess will be billed to your Mevo account
- You can still use your Mevo account provided there was no criminal investigation and the excess payment was made
- Once our insurer has finished their investigation, you will be refunded your excess if you were found not at fault.
