Here are a few reasons companies aren't receiving the proper emails or can't open our Mevo links. Show this article to your IT department and they can help you out.

✅ Add email addresses to SafeSenders List in Outlook. Do it yourself or get help from IT, this is essential for: account approvals, resetting passwords, trip updates etc.

🖥 Google Chrome is the preferred browser for Mevo. Microsoft Edge has been known to have few incompatibility issues with other apps as well. If you don't have Google Chrome, you can get Chrome here.

👀 Sometimes your Mevo email could end up in Spam or Promotional folder, check there first if you were expecting something important from us!
