Before the Mevo App will complete an end trip command, a check is completed to ensure the keys and fuel card are returned in the glovebox. 

If the blue light is showing like in the picture below this means the keys or fuel card have not been returned correctly.

To return the keys: Re-insert the chrome pin on the key ring into the key socket to the right of the blue light on the holder (like an audio jack). When this pin is inserted firmly the socket the blue light will go out, and you will be able to end your trip. 

To return a fuel card: Please ensure the card is pushed firmly all the way into the card slot. Provide the key is also re-inserted the blue light will go out and you will be able to end your trip.  

When the blue light has turned off like the picture below, the app will allow your trip to be ended.
